Service Description

The consultation fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable to another client. The fee cannot be prorated. In the event of a cancelled appointment, the fee could applied to the next rescheduled appointment only.

Cancellation Policy

When a consultation fee is applicable, that amount is non-refundable. It can be applied to one (1) future rescheduled appointment. If the second appointment is cancelled, the consultation fee is forfeited. Client must call or send an email to reschedule an appointment; cancellations may happen online.
